CARRIE... is a beautiful German or Belgian Shepherd/collie x and although we don’t normally take dogs with prick ears, we’ve made an exception for Carrie because she’s a stunner.

Carrie is eighteen months old, very friendly, energetic, outgoing, athletic and great with other dogs. She has a terrific personality, is incredibly smart , quick to learn and eager to please. Carrie is looking for an interesting, active, outdoorsy home that will provide enough stimulation for a gal with a big brain. She is spayed and fully vaccinated.

Carrie is currently with an animal rescue in Cork who can’t say enough nice things about her. She’s been in kennels for eight weeks now, though and is pretty miserable.

More pix to come shortly!

If you are interested in Carrie either as a foster or a forever home, please email asap.

There is a minimum adoption fee of £125 for Carrie, which includes the £65 it costs to transport her from Ireland.

Lucky Carrie (now Jess) has gone to live at the amazing Pot Kiln pub in Berkshire (some of the best pub food in the country) . It is hoped that she will make a good deer-stalking companion for owner Mike, who supplies all the venison for the pub himself. She’s certainly made a great start - quickly wheedling her way into the heart s of all at the Pot Kiln and getting on famously with Mike’s other dog, Sassy. We suspect we will have to visit often - just to check up on her, of course, nothing to do with the fab food...
