BRONTE...  and her brother Heathcliff (as the girls at Dundalk Dogs have rather romantically named this fab pair) were found straying in a rural area - probably dumped, surplus to requirements.

They are brother and sister,  clearly collie crosses, and under a year old. Bronte is more timid than her brother (just look at how she has superglued herself to the floor in the pic of her in the pound, top left) but she’s a gorgeous girl who absolutely loves a cuddle once she knows you mean her no harm.

She relies a lot on her more confident brother at the moment and, although we will almost certainly rehome them separately, we would love to hear from someone who might be willing to foster them together when they first come over.

Bronte and her brother have known very little in their young lives so won’t be housetrained or lead-trained... but the collie ancestry will mean they will learn super-quick.

If you are interested in Bronte, either as a foster or a forever home, please email info@blackretrieverx.co.uk asap.

The adoption fee for Bronte is £180 (£150 + VAT), which includes her transport from Ireland, full vaccination, worming, flea-treating and spaying if appropriate.
